I offer therapy to individuals or couples; over sixteen years of age and accept self-referrals and GP referral and employer referrals for a short or long-term period.
I take regular professional supervision to ensure good practice and I am fully insured as required by my professional body British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I am trained to adapt my working approach to your individual needs. For example: you may require counselling or CBT or a combination of both.
I offer a relaxed yet professional approach where you will feel understood and supported.
I will teach you useful and practical techniques, quickly and efficiently. These skills can be used long after therapy has finished.
